PK_thicken_update_t

typedef PK_local_ops_update_t   PK_thicken_update_t;


This datatype en/dis-ables some changes to the thicken algorithm which
might cause differences in model updates between versions.  It currently has
the values:

    PK_thicken_update_0_c         for updating pre v17.0 models
    PK_thicken_update_default_c   use latest functionality
