This datatype specifies the method which will be used when thickening a sheet
body.

It has two values :
    PK_thicken_method_offset_c      Thickening a sheet towards its surfaces
                                    normal direction

    PK_thicken_method_punch_c       Thickening a sheet towards a punch
                                    direction given by the user.
