This datatype specifies how step surfaces will be created in step taper.

It has two values
    PK_step_tapered_c   Produce tapered step surfaces (default). These
                        surfaces will satisfy the taper condition.

    PK_step_normal_c    Produce ruled step surfaces normal to the original
                        relevant taper face. These surfaces will NOT
                        necessarily satisfy the taper condition.
