Description of fields:

'thread_format' In conjunction with the 'n_threads' field,
determines the number of threads that will
                        be invoked. Permitted values are

                            PK_thread_disabled_c
                            PK_thread_per_processor_c
                            PK_thread_absolute_c

'n_threads' The number of threads to be invoked for
                        symmetric multi-processing (SMP). The effect
of this value is dependent on the value of
                        the 'thread_format' field.
This field may only be set to zero if the
'thread_format' field is set to the value,
                        'PK_thread_disabled_c'.

'on_single_processor' PK_LOGICAL_true if SMP is to be enabled on
                        single processor platforms.

'n_processors' The number of processors detected as on-line
and available for use. On platforms without SMP
                        support, this is always 1.
