A token indicating how a parameter of a geometry is to be transformed when
reparameterising that geometry.

It has the values:

PK_reparameterise_none_c         The reparameterisation of the geometry will
                                 not involve any change to this parameter.

PK_reparameterise_rescale_c      The reparameterisation of the geometry will
                                 involve a rescaling and translation of the
                                 of this parameter.
