This datatype indicates whether the pattern instances are reblended to
maintain the smoothness of the boundary loops. It has two values:

    PK_pattern_reblend_no_c         reblending will not be attempted
    PK_pattern_reblend_yes_c        reblending will be performed where
                                    appropriate
