PK_OFFSET_t

This type represents an OFFSET surface.

Used in:

PK_OFFSET_ask
PK_OFFSET_create

An offset surface is a type of surface (PK_CLASS_offset is a subclass of
PK_CLASS_surf).

The offset surface is defined by data contained in a PK_OFFSET_sf_t.
