This datatype is used to select the level of mesh topology defect detection to
be performed. Any defects in mesh topology render the mesh invalid.
It has the values:

    PK_MTOPOL_find_defect_no_c      don't examine the topology of the mesh
    PK_MTOPOL_find_defect_yes_c     examine the mesh topology for defects
