This datatype specifies which currently stored normals should be replaced when
storing normals.

It has the values:

    PK_MESH_replace_normal_all_c      All stored normals in the mesh should be
                                      replaced

    PK_MESH_replace_normal_mtopol_c   Replace stored normals only for the
                                      supplied mtopols
