This datatype specifies the method which will be used when hollowing a body
locally. Its values are:

    PK_hollow_local_add_c           Hollow only a given set of faces in
                                    the body and leaving the others alone.

    PK_hollow_local_exclude_c       Hollow all the faces on a body with the
                                    exception of a given set of faces.

    PK_hollow_local_none_c          Hollow all the faces on a body
