This function removes from the given group, any entities which are also in
the given array of entities.


Specific Errors:
    PK_ERROR_closed_group           (MILD) either 'group' is a closed group or
                                    'entities' contains a closed group


The array 'entities' may include duplicates and entities which are not
in the given group.
