This function returns the next fin in order around the given fin's loop.


This function could be used in conjunction with PK_LOOP_ask_first_fin to
scan the fins in a loop, one at a time, in the same order as returned
by PK_LOOP_ask_fins. The ordering is cyclic, with the first fin being returned
again after the last.
