point lies off model topology. It has the following values:

    PK_facet_pt_report_no_c         No report is generated
    PK_facet_pt_report_off_eds_c    Report facet points that lie off the
                                    model edges
    PK_facet_pt_report_off_tpl_c    Report facet points that lie off the
                                    model edges or faces.
