This function detaches the nominal curve from a tolerant 'edge' if it has one.


Specific Errors:
    PK_ERROR_bad_edge              'edge' is accurate (MILD)


The nominal curve may be detached from an edge whether or not nominal curves
are currently enabled for the 'edge's body (see PK_BODY_set_curve_nmnl_state).

The curve becomes an orphan of the partition containing 'edge'.
