This datatype controls the configuration of patches at blended
vertex where there is setback.

It has two values:
    PK_blend_setback_collar_all_c  The setback vertex patch configuration
                                   will include collar faces on every
                                   blended edge at the vertex. This can only
                                   be used for non-G2 edge blends.
    PK_blend_setback_collar_none_c The setback vertex patch configuration
                                   will not include any collar faces
