This datatype is obsolete and has been superseded by PK_blend_xs_plane_t.
It selects a blend cross section plane. It has three values:

    PK_blend_cs_rolling_ball_c      rolling ball blend
    PK_blend_cs_disc_c              disc blend
    PK_blend_cs_isoparameter_c      isoparameter blend
