PK_ATTDEF_set_callback_flags

This functions set the callback function on/off flags associated with
'attdef'.


A callback function will only be called if it is not NULL, and if its
corresponding flag is set to PK_LOGICAL_true. These flags are initialised
to PK_LOGICAL_false.

The order in which PK_ATTDEF_register_cb and PK_ATTDEF_set_callback_flags
are called is not significant.
