Returns:
  KI_cod_error             *ifail          --- failure indicator

Specific errors:
  KI_modeller_not_started   STOMOD already called since the last call to STAMOD

Description:
  The modeller is closed down. No further KI routines should be called until
  STAMOD has been called again.
