This type represents a PART.  A part is a modelling unit that can be saved
and received.


A part is a type of topology (PK_CLASS_part is a subclass of PK_CLASS_topol).

A part is of one of the types:

 - PK_ASSEMBLY_t: an assembly
 - PK_BODY_t:     a body
