This function returns the pmarks which are used by the given mark, i.e. those
which would be current if the given mark were rolled to - one for each
partition in the session.


Specific Errors:
    PK_ERROR_rollback_not_started       Partitioned rollback is not active


This function should only be called when partitioned rollback has been
started with PK_DELTA_register_callbacks.
