This function deletes an isolated vertex and loop from a face.


Specific Errors:
    PK_ERROR_loop_not_isolated    loop is not isolated


loop must be an isolated manifold loop.

Any geometry attached to the deleted vertex will also be deleted and the
resulting body will normally be invalid.

The inverse of this function is PK_FACE_euler_make_loop.
