Removes all the callbacks added for a given event subscriber to a given event publisher.
Role:
This function makes the event subscriber resigns its subscription to all the callbacks
added for all the events published by a given event publisher.

- iEventSubscriber
- The event subscriber
- iEventPublisher
- The event publisher from which all the callbacks are to be removed.
