Converts a CATVariant into a C++ CATBoolean.
- Parameters:

- iVar
- the CATVariant to convert
- oBoolean
- a C++ CATBoolean where the converted value will be stored.
- Returns:
- S_OK upon success, E_FAIL if the CATVariant
did not actually contain a CATBoolean.
