System Global Function CATFSeek64

Moves the file pointer.
Role: Moves the file pointer of a file previously opened with CATFOpen. This function is for large files.

Parameters:

iFileDesc: the file descriptor that has been obtained through
iOffset: The position of the next I/O operation, which can be either positive or negative.
iOrigine: the origine used to determined the new file pointer. Legal values:
SEEK_SET: the pointer is set to iOffset.
SEEK_CUR: the pointer is set to the current position plus iOffset.
SEEK_END: the pointer is set to the size of the file plus the value of iOffset.

Returns:

Legal values:
S_OK :on Success.
negative : on failure
