Creates a new CATSafeArrayVariant and initializes it with
a C++ array of CATBooleans.
Use the global function
to free the CATSafeArrayVariant created.

- the size of the CATBoolean array.
- Returns:
- a pointer to an initialized CATSafeArrayVariant.
