CATCGMCreateTopCrvToNurbsCrvOperator(		`iFactory`,
		`iTopData`,
		`iWireBody`,
		`iEdgeCell`)

Creates a topological operator to converts the geometry of an edge into a NURBS curve.

Parameters:

iFactory: The pointer to the factory that creates the resulting body.
iTopData: The pointer to the data defining the software configuration and the journal. If the journal inside iTopData is NULL, it is not filled.
iWireBody: The pointer to the wire that contains the edge iEdgeCell.
iEdgeCell: The edge whose curve will be transformed into a NURBS curve.

Returns:

[out, IUnknown#Release] The pointer to the created operator. To be released with the Release method after use.
