Creates a global analyzer on a CATCurve.
- Parameters:

- iCurveToAnalyze
- The pointer to the curve to analyze.
- iSoftwareConfig
- The pointer to the CATSoftwareConfiguration.
- Returns:
- [out, IUnknown#Release] The pointer to the created operator. To be released with the Release method after use.
