Creates an operator to test the position of a point with regards to a face.
- Parameters:

- iFactory
- The factory of the geometry.
- iConfig
- The pointer to the Software Configuration
- iPoint
- The 2D point to test, that must be on the surface of iFace.
- iFace
- The pointer to the face.
- Returns:
- [out, IUnknown#Release] The pointer to the created operator. To be released with the Release method after use.
