SimulateRouting ----------------- Allow to simulate a routing between several extremities. No wire are created but the routing solution is returned if it is found.

Parameters:

iListExtremties: the input list of device instance used as extremities
oRouteSolution: The list of Bns composing the route solution

Returns:

Return code
