Dialog CATDlgXToolkit

Usage: you must use this class as is. You should never derive it.

Class specific to Unix platforms, provides some XToolkit parameters.

Role: Lets retrieve XToolkit application context and display.
It is targeted for very specific usages. Most application developers do not have to deal with this class.
