Values:

catStrFlangeWidthToInnerFace: The Flange Width without considering the plate thickness.
catStrFlangeWidthToOuterFace: The Flange Width considering the plate thickness.
catStrFlangeWidthToNeutralFibre: The Flange Width from the molded surface. (Not implemented)
