Retrieves the mathematic description of the given composit in an element.
It replaces the V4 function GIRESI() and GIREMA()

- iCompoIndex
- [in] Index of composit in element, iCompoIndex=1 if the element mono-composit
- oBlockLength
- [out] The length of mathematic block
- oMathBlock
- [out] The math block
This array has been allocated in the function. It must be deleted outside the function.
