Retrieves the Geometrical object interface pointer from an element.

Legal values:
- 0 : Pointer Value on a CATICGMObject, to be released after use. The geometrical object from V4 must not be modified.
- ier
- [out] error code:
Legal values:
- 1 : Problem on the element
- Returns:

- 0 : No error
- 1 : An error occured
