  ConstantOffsetSystem,
  SemiConstantOffsetSystem

Kind of offset to apply in order to line-up dimension lines.

Values:

FreeOffsetSystem: No line-up managment
ConstantOffsetSystem: Each dimension lines are equally distant
SemiConstantOffsetSystem: Each package of dimensions are lined-up with a constant offset (NOT IMPLEMENTED)
