Flushes the Undo and Redo stacks.
Role: This method flushes the Undo and Redo stacks.
The Undo/Redo mechanism is freezed until a new UI transaction is created.
Modifications done while the Undo/Redo mechanism is freezed will not be undoable.
- Returns:
- Returns always S_OK.
