Macro CATMacAddNextSeparatorA (previousName,variableName,anchorName)

Creates a separator and declares it as the next separator with anchor before a given access.

Parameters:

previousName: The pointer to an access instance already chained.
variableName: The pointer to the instance created
anchorName: The name of the access before which variableName is anchored
