Macro CATMacAddChildSeparatorA (fatherName,variableName,anchorName)

Creates a separator and declares it as the first separator with anchor before a given access.

Parameters:

fatherName: The pointer to the container's instance.
variableName: The pointer to the instance created
anchorName: The name of the access before which variableName is anchored
