Macro CATMacAddChildContainerA (fatherName,variableName,command,anchorName)

Creates a container and declares it as the first access of a container with anchor before another given access.

Parameters:

fatherName: The pointer to the container's instance.
variableName: The pointer to the instance created
command: The name of the access. or a CATCmdSeparator.
anchorName: The name of the access before which variableName is anchored
