SPAkern Global Function bs3_surface_same

Determines whether two spline surfaces are the same.

Role: Determines whether two spline surfaces are (apparently) the same. This is not a comprehensive test - surfaces that are coincident but have differing extents, knot vectors or other internal details will not be spotted. Use this routine as a filter.

Effect: Read-only

Parameters:

bs1: first surface.
bs2: second surface.
tol: tolerance of control point positions.
