SPAkern Global Function bs3_surface_remove_extra_knots

void bs3_surface_remove_extra_knots(	bs3_surface	`bs`,
	double	`knot_tol`)

Deletes knots where multiplicities are greater than the degree in both u and v.

Role: This function searches for knots multiplicities greater than the degree in both the u and v directions. The appropriate knots and control points are removed from the data structure.

Effect: System routine

Parameters:

bs: given surface.
knot_tol: knot tolerance.
