SPAkern Global Function api_check_histories

outcome api_check_histories(	HISTORY_STREAM_LIST*	`insane_list`	`= NULL`,
	FILE*	`fptr`	`= stdout` )

Checks all HISTORY_STREAMs for problems.

Role: Checks all HISTORY_STREAMs for mixing and improper entity IDs. Problems are reported to fptr, standard output by default, and HISTORY_STREAMs with errors are returned in the insane_list, if non-NULL.

Effect: System routine

insane_list: list of questionable streams.
fptr: file for check output.
