SPAct Global Function api_check_ct

outcome api_check_ct(	const ENTITY*	`ent`,
	insanity_list*&	`list`,
	AcisOptions*	`ao`	`= NULL`)

Checks the sanity of cellular topology.

Role: This API traverses and checks the cells attached to the given entity. If any problems are found, they are added to the insanity_list.

Errors: The pointer to an ENTITY is NULL.

Effect: System routine

ent: entity to check.
list: list of insane entities and info.
ao: acis options.
