Creates a planar face.

Role: This API creates a planar face. All positions are relative to the active WCS or, if a normal is specified, a temporary coordinate system derives from the normal and the x-axis.

Errors: Zero width and/or height.

Effect: Changes model

p: anchor point.
width: face width.
height: face height.
normal: plane normal.
face: created face returned.
ao: acis options.
