Local Operations Tools

The Local Operation Tools Component (LOPT), contains tools used in performing local operations. This component is generally used by other components, rather than directly by an application. However, there are options defined in this component whose settings may affect the end results of operations performed by other components (such as the Local Operations Component). Refer to the Local Operations Component for more information about local operations.
